			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway by Susan Jeffers is a book that helps people to accept fears and live their life the way they want to live it.  So that they can get away from pain, paralysis &amp; depression… start living with power, energy, and enthusiasm.</p>
<p>First of all we need to meet our fears &#8211; “Fear is holding you back from experiencing life the way you want to” then categorize it as per three levels of fear</p>
<p> 1) Level One Fears: Fear that permeates many areas of our life (Those that “Happen” – aging, becoming disabled, etc. and those that “Require Action” – changing careers, loosing weight, etc.)</p>
<p>2) Level Two Fears: These fears have to do with our “inner state of mind” rather than our exterior situations – rejection, success, failure…</p>
<p> 3) Level Three Fears: I can’t handle it! (At the bottom of every one of our fears is simply the fear that we can’t handle whatever life may bring us).</p>
<p> Secondly we need to realize Fears never go away -  Basic truths of fear are…</p>
<p> Truth #1 &#8211; The fear will never go away as long as you continue to grow.</p>
<p> Truth #2 &#8211; The only way to get rid of the fear of doing something is to go out and do it.</p>
<p>Truth #3 &#8211; The only way to feel better about yourself is to go out…and do it! Make deposits into our self-confidence bank.</p>
<p> Truth #4 – Not only am I going to experience fear whenever I’m on unfamiliar territory, but so is everyone else.</p>
<p> Truth #5 – Pushing through the fear is less frightening than living with the underlying fear that come from a feeling of helplessness.</p>
<p>  Some quick checklist for all &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;</p>
<ul>
<li>We don’t blame others for anything we are being, doing, having, or feeling</li>
<li>We do not beat up on ourselves</li>
<li>We are aware of when we are not taking responsibility so we can change</li>
<li>We are handling the “chatterbox” in our head</li>
<li>We are aware of the payoff that is keeping us stuck</li>
<li>We are setting goals and working towards them</li>
<li>We understand that we have choices in any given situation</li>
<li>When we learn to handle our fear, we move from a position of pain to one of power!</li>
<li>If you are positive you attract positive people.</li>
<li>Seek out for mentors &amp; friends</li>
<li>Strive for healthy assertiveness..</li>
<li>Appreciate others when they are supporting you &amp; help you grow.</li>
<li>Be your own best friend.</li>
<li>Learn to trust that we will survive, no matter what happens.</li>
<li>Create richness for yourself that nothing can ever take away your basic sense of completeness.</li>
<li>Consciously accept what is happening in your life.</li>
<li>Tune your subconscious mind</li>
<li>Best of all Be Patient</li>
</ul>

<p> However, low self-esteem is a constant companion for too many people, especially those who experience depression, anxiety, phobias, psychosis, delusional thinking, or who have an illness or a disability.</p>
<p> To help relieve these feelings, let your friends know what you are going through. Have a good cry if you can. Do things to relax. Specially tell yourself &#8212; <em>&#8220;I am a very special, unique, and valuable person. I deserve to feel good about myself.&#8221; </em></p>
<p><strong> </strong><strong>Self-esteem, Depression and Other Illnesses </strong></p>
<p> Before you begin to consider strategies and activities to help raise your self-esteem, it is important to remember that low self-esteem may be due to depression. Low self-esteem is a symptom of depression. To make things even more complicated, the depression may be a symptom of some other illness. </p>
<p><strong>Things You Can Do Right Away—Every Day—to Raise Your Self-esteem </strong></p>
<p> Pay attention to your own needs and wants.</p>
<p>Take very good care of yourself.</p>
<p>Eat healthy foods and avoid junk foods</p>
<p>Exercise.</p>
<p>Do personal hygiene tasks that make you feel better about yourself</p>
<p>Have a physical examination every year to make sure you are in good  health.</p>
<p>Plan fun activities for yourself. Learn new things every day.</p>

<p>During a headache, try to close your right nose and use your left nose to breathe. In about 5 mins, your headache will go.  </p>
<p>If you feel tired, just reverse, close your left nose and breathe through your right nose. After a while, you will feel your mind is refreshed.</p>
<p>Right side belongs to &#8216;hot&#8217;, so it gets heated up easily, left side belongs to &#8216;cold&#8217;.</p>
<p>Do you notice the moment we wake up, which side breathes faster? Left or right? ?</p>
<p>If left is faster, you will feel tired.  So, close your left nose and use your right nose for breathing, you will get refreshed quickly.</p>
<p>This alternative natural therapy without medication is something that he has experienced.</p>

<p>4. Your subconscious mind is the builder of your body and can heal you. Lull yourself to sleep every night with the idea of perfect health, and your subconscious, being your faithful servant, will obey you.</p>
<p>5. Every thought is a cause, and every condition is an effect.</p>
<p>6. If you want to write a book, write a wonderful play, give a better talk to your audience, convey the idea lovingly and feelingly to your subconscious mind, and it will respond accordingly.</p>
<p>7. You are like a captain navigating a ship. He must give the right orders, and likewise, you must give the right orders (thoughts and images) to your subconscious mind, which controls and governs all your experiences.</p>
<p>8. Never use the terms, “I can’t afford it” or “I can’t do this.” Your subconscious mind takes you at your word and sees to it that you do not have the money or the ability to do what you want to do. Affirm, “I can do all things through the power of my subconscious mind.”</p>
<p>9. The law of life is the law of belief. A belief is a thought in your mind. Do not believe in things to harm or hurt you. Believe in the power of your subconscious to heal, inspire, strengthen, and prosper you. According to your belief is it done unto you.</p>
<p>10. Change your thoughts, and you change your destiny.</p>

<p><span style="font-family:Bookman Old Style;">When you  are in love—with a person or a thing—is that it becomes the centre of our inner universe. .Over a period of time that person&#8217;s  world began to stop revolving around you. This causes friction because that person  will  still the centre of your universe.  Its an universal phenomenon In some way or other, it will change. You are sure to get into depression, you become desperate you feel like running away from everything .. Irony of the tragedy is that you know that is not the answer and is not possible.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Bookman Old Style;">Now take a different look at the situation.. nothing will ever change because you want it to change. You need to change &#8230;&#8230;.. nothing in the world asked you to make a person center of our universe that is today making you desolate. Set yourself free&#8230; in fact set the person free rather than placing him/ her in the center of your universe binding or compelling them to be there.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Bookman Old Style;">Your identity will change your outlook will change the same person can become everything of your life now without confining to the space of your universe. you now become two independent but vastly interconnected people <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Bookman Old Style;">There is a saying  &#8220;Live free of love, for its very peace is anguish; Its beginning is pain, its end is death.&#8221;<br />

<p><span style="font-family:Bookman Old Style;">Thus  detachment is freedom. Freedom from the bonds of deluding and unrealistic expectations in relationships. To be detached is to let go, of that  anxiety-driven desperation demolishes you frantically want to preserve. </span></p>

<div><span style="font-family:Bookman Old Style;">One should enjoy the beauty relationship without being caught in its possessive grasp. Possessiveness is a poison : whereas detachment lets you stand by yourself &amp; still be an integral part  relationship.</span></div>

It is more about giving space &amp; having your own to explore. By being detached we can get out of that prison if false sense of protection and enjoy the limitless avenue that you can be proud of and soar into unbound horizon . Detachment by itself does not mean separation its just that its more care , faith &amp; courage to an enriched wholesome relation.</span></div>
